As a Supervisory Aging Services Program Specialist within the Office of Elder Justice and Adult Protective Services, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Improving the delivery and effectiveness of elder rights and adult protective services activities and/or initiatives under the Older Americans Act and the Elder Justice Act, which includes developing, implementing, and evaluating new methods and procedures for operational improvements to elder justice, elder rights, elder economic security, and adult protective services programs.
- Planning and assigning work to staff to meet priorities and complete work.
- Using qualitative and quantitative data and analytical tools in order to provide solutions to improve elder rights, elder justice, elder economic security and adult protective services.
- Providing guidance on the implications of proposed, new or revised policies, regulations, and legislative proposals.
