Legal Services for Elderly

One of the newest and fastest growing specialties in the legal profession is elder law. Elder law has its roots in estate and trust specialization. It also draws upon the experience of legal service attorneys representing older clients in administrative law decisions affecting their eligibility for disability, social security and other pubic benefit programs including services supported in part by the Older Americans Act.
