Professionals & Providers

This section of the National Family Caregiver Support Program webpage is designed specifically for professionals and providers who work with and serve caregivers of older adults (age 60 years and older), and grandparents and relative caregivers of children not more than 18 years of age, including grandparents who are sole caregivers of children and those individuals who are affected by mental retardation or who have developmental disabilities. Within this portion of the site you will find information on conference proceedings, Title III-E of the Older Americans Act as amended in 2000, a guide to competitive research and demonstration projects, program guidance and implementation resources and tools, and caregiver public service announcements. The new state-by-state section provides information about the National Family Caregiver Support Program in each state.
