XML Changes: One field was added to the report header:  FiscalYearStartMonth (a text field) which is the start month of the fiscal year for the report.  An example would be “October” which the user would pick from a drop-down list.  The report from/to dates would then be pre-filled with 10/1/yyyy to 9/30/yyyy where yyyy is the specified fiscal year.

DBF changes:  Same as for XML - One field was added to the header table (REPORTS.dbf) called “fystartmo” (fiscal year start month).
