The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2001 (P.L. 106-554) provided
$1,103,135,000 for carrying out the Older Americans Act of 1965,
as amended (P.L. 106-501), and section 398 of the Public Health
Service Act. Of this amount, $5,000,000 was made available for
activities regarding medication management, screening, and education
