U.S. Assistant Secretary for Aging Josefina G. Carbonell Travels to South Carolina Joins Lt. Governor André Bauer in a Medicare Part D Awareness Event

HHS Assistant Secretary for Aging Josefina G. Carbonell will travel to South Carolina to participate in an event sponsored by the Lieutenant Governor's Office on Aging to raise awareness about the 2007 open enrollment period for the new Medicare Prescription Drug plan, which begins November 15. The Assistant Secretary will also share information about efforts to improve the quality of life and health for older South Carolinians and their families.
