WASHINGTON, D.C. - Josefina G. Carbonell, assistant secretary for the Administration on Aging (AoA), will speak at the banquet session of the South Carolina State Conference on Aging, on Monday, April 25, 2005, in Myrtle Beach, SC. The theme of the conference is “The Booming Dynamics of Aging: From Awareness to Action.”
