Native American Title VI Grants - Program Progress Report (PPR)

Title VI grants are awarded for a 3-year project period, however, during that period, each grantee must, on an annual basis, assure the agency that it wishes to continue in the program and, should changes occur, it must inform AoA by revising its application.

Continuation requests and, if applicable, carry over requests for Title VI grants can be made by completing the form located here.
