Grantee Reporting Requirements

Discretionary Grants - Semi-annual and Final Performance Reporting

Recipients of Older Americans Act Title IV grants are required to provide AoA with semi-annual and final performance reports, as provided for in Department of Health and Human Services regulations, 45CFR Part 74, Section 74.51. Click here for performance reporting instructions.
