Discretionary Grants - How to Submit a NEW Application by mail

AoA has two types of new grants: Competitive and Non-Competitive. (Non-Competitive grants are awards that are mandated by Congress.)

  • OMB SF-424A, Budget Information - Nonconstruction Programs
  • OMB SF-424B, Assurances - Nonconstruction Programs
  • Certifications Regarding Debarment, Suspension And Other Responsibility Matters; Drug-Free Workplace Requirements and Lobbying

A Notice of Financial Assistance Awarded will be sent to applicants whose projects have been approved for support by the AoA.
