Data Collection
The following data collection protocols and DRAFT data collection forms are provided for your reference and use. However, please be advised that they are not approved by OMB and therefore are NOT required by AoA under the ADDGS program. Once we have obtained OMB approval, we will notify all grantees and work to implement the approved OMB forms.
Remember that our proposal is that the data elements on these forms are what needs to be collected. In planning your collection methodology, please note that you may already collect these items in functional and eligibility assessments, which is fine. The data elements are presented in a form format for OMB review and ease of use; this format will not be required once OMB approval is obtained. You will be required to submit info on these data elements from whatever collection format you use.
