Happy Thanksgiving from Assistant Secretary Kathy Greenlee

The Administration on Aging would like to wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a time we traditionally come together to give thanks for the many wonderful blessings we have as Americans. For those who gather with family and friends or who find the time to reflect on the meaning of this special day, let us keep in our thoughts individuals who may need a helping hand or gesture of friendship during the holiday season. I would especially ask that we reach out to those older family members, friends or neighbors who may be spending the holidays alone. May the warmth of Thanksgiving surround us all and renew our spirit of giving and love.
