Stress

Having Alzheimer's disease and caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease can be very stressful. If we don't take proper care of ourselves, this stress can lead to other problems including depression, alcohol abuse, and poor health. The information in this section of our site is provided to raise your awareness of the impact of stress and to help provide you with the ideas and tools necessary to keep stress in its place.
