Caring for the Caregiver

Taking Care of You

Health Maintenance

Taking care of yourself is important, no matter what your age. This is true for the person with Alzheimer's disease as well as for their caregivers. Caregivers often overlook their own health, because they are focusing so much attention on their loved one. We have created this section to help remind you that YOUR health is important, too! We encourage you to take a few moments to read through this basic health care information and take the necessary steps to ensure your golden years are indeed golden!
